Bulletin/Email Announcement Request

  • Weekly Bulletin/Email Blast Announcement Request
    This form is for submitting copy to promote a program or event in the Sunday bulletin or in the weekly Email Blast sent to the entire congregation. We reserve the right to edit for grammar, clarity and space available.
    Bulletin Announcements:
    • Should be limited to no more than 100 words—please keep copy to essential facts and put additional copy on the web
    • Published for a maximum of 3 consecutive weeks
    • We do not publish logos, images or graphics in bulletin announcements
    Email Blasts:
    • As a general rule, we DO NOT repeat an announcement in an email blast on consecutive weeks
    • Copy should remain brief but may be slightly longer than a bulletin announcement
    • Try to include a link to a web announcement for more information or an online registration to your class or event
    • Graphics or images may be submitted for inclusion in an email blast

    Deadline for submission is Monday at 4:00pm prior to the weekend you would like your announcement to be published.

  • If this event runs on multiple dates, please enter subsequent dates or ending date and recurring rule (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Please note that bulletin announcements need to be 100 words or less and will be edited to fit available space.
