Tim HousholderSenior Pastor224-655-7200Pastor Tim came to Atonement in July of 2022. Prior to ordination in 1996, he was a Youth Director for six years; and, as a pastor, has led churches of 2,000 to 4,000 members. He received his B.A. from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota; and his Master of Divinity from Luther Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Pastor Tim serves as Senior Pastor, and welcomes the opportunity to partner with staff and members to live out Atonement's mission. His passions for ministry are in preaching, teaching, adult ministries, administration, and intergenerational ministries. He is energized in ministry when others grow in faith, and embrace God's unconditional grace and love in their lives.
He is married to Kathy, and they have two children: A.J. and Lauryn. He enjoys sports, music, travel, and cooking.

Kevin SheldonAssociate Pastor224-655-7211Pastor Kevin came to Atonement in October of 2025. He received his B.A. from Central College in Pella, Iowa; and his Master's of Divinity from Bethel Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota, with additional Lutheran Distinctive coursework from The Master’s Institute in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. Prior to ordination in 2020, he was a pastoral intern in Minnesota for four years; and, as a pastor, has served churches in Southern California and Wisconsin.
Pastor Kevin serves as Associate Pastor, and is energized by the opportunity to serve alongside the congregation and staff to live out Atonement’s mission. His passions for ministry are missions (especially global), preaching, teaching, and investing in the next generation through confirmation and youth groups.
He is married to Sheena, and they have two boys: Sawyer and Logan. He enjoys time with family, sports, video games, coffee, television, and exploring God’s beautiful creation.

Cheryl EasthamChildren's Ministries Director224-655-7202Cheryl has spent the past 20 years as a public school teacher, and before that, she served as a Youth Director. She always loved working with kids and families, helping them grow in their faith and discover how much God loves them. Cheryl earned her bachelor’s degree from Purdue University, where she also met her husband, Mike, and later earned her master’s in Leadership from Roosevelt University.
Mike and Cheryl have three grown children who are each married and building families of their own. They are blessed with five sweet granddaughters and are excited to be welcoming another grandchild soon! Family and faith are at the center of Cheryl's life, and she is extremely grateful for every opportunity to walk alongside children and families, growing together in God’s love.

Pam LodenDirector of Church Operations224-655-7502Pam Loden serves as our full-time Director of Church Operations. Her role involves managing our campus facilities, including scheduling building use as well as oversight of all our business functions including finance, administration and HR. She heads up our support staff team and works closely with all staff and volunteers. Pam also has responsibility for issues relating to areas of safety, security, risk management, legal documents and records.
She was the impetus and driver for our Youth and Volunteer Protection Policy and regularly conducts training so that our staff and volunteers are fully prepared and well acquainted with our commitment toward both children, volunteers and members at Atonement.
Pam and her husband, Mike, have two adult children, Kelsey and Nick, and have been members of Atonement since 1996. She enjoys utilizing her creative skills in many areas and often demonstrates her excellent hospitality talents.

Dawn PattenFinancial Services Director224-655-7503Dawn Patten is responsible for ensuring that all approved expenses are put in line for payment; safeguards that all contributions and receipts are properly recorded and deposited; manages vendor's disbursements; and administers payroll processing. She also provides confidential reporting and assists members with questions about their commitments and giving records. Dawn works closely with our financial team, treasurer and the director of church operations.
Dawn is married to Dan, and they have two children, Mikayla and Josh.

Tony UrsoFacilities Manager224-655-7505Tony has been at Atonement for 10 years overseeing everything that happens in the building. He is extremely skilled in project management and he is happy to help you with anything you need. His favorite part of his job is seeing and chatting with everyone that walks by!
